Short stuff is always best during a reading slump. Sometimes you have to read a short story collection, some poetry, or (if you're me) really punchy horror to give your brain a break for a bit. If you like horror at all, I recommend What Moves the Dead by T. Kingfisher. It's a clever retelling of "The Fall of the House of Usher," and it's only like 150 pages :)
